Delivery, Shipping & Pick Up Policy

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping cost for your order would be free for orders above RM60 per transaction. However, you will need to pay for the return shipping fees within the 7 days return policy  period. We do not accept C.O.D. All orders must be paid online with a Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard) or Online Banking.

Which courier do you use?

We use City Link for West Malaysia delivery only.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

We process most order within 1-2 business day, and delivery typically takes 3-5 days within the West Malaysia only. Orders are not processed on Sunday or holidays. No shipping is available for east coast area. 

Order processing times may be delayed by a few days during launches, limited-edition releases, or other times when we’re experiencing a high volume of orders,

Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If your order’s shipment is delayed significantly, we will contact you via email to notify you.

Will I get a tracking number?

An email with a shipping confirmation and all the tracking info will be sent once your order is shipped. If you do not receive one, please reach us at Contact Us page.

Can I still change or cancel my order?

If you need to make any changes to your order within the next 3 business hours from the ordering time, please reach us at Contact Us page. We will not be able to make any changes beyond that period.

What if my order does not arrive?

We deliver to the address provided. If an incorrect address provided or the customer refuses to pay duties. We are not responsible for shipping costs, customs costs of re-shipping.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

After you’ve placed an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. At this stage, please allow time for order processing.

You will then receive a shipment confirmation email notification once your order has shipped (within 1-3 business days). The shipping confirmation email will contain your order tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for this tracking number to become active.

In-Store Pickup

You can skip the shipping fees and waiting time with free local pickup at our physical store. When placing your order, select “Local Pick Up” at checkout, and your order will be ready to pick up within 1-3 business days.

We will send you an email confirmation when your order is ready, along with instructions.  Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come to collect your order.
