     2. Order Acceptance Policy:

All orders and other requests received are subject to acceptance by Motor4all, and any of its personnel, reserve the right, at our absolute discretion, to reject any order. In the event of rejection, we will refund or cancel any payments received in full, via the payment method used to place the order.

    3. Offers, Promotion Codes, Cashback Credits & Free gifts:

At our discretion, from time to time, we may offer products at discounted prices. Such offers are only valid from start of the offer period to the end date of the offer period and they cannot be used for purchases before the offer introduction date or after the offer end date.

In the event that a customer has made a purchase and the price of the purchased product subsequently falls or is discounted owing to a special offer, the price of the product at the time of purchase shall prevail. We are unable to offer special offer discounts for purchases that have already been made.

As our special offers are contingent on availability, we may change the terms of special offers, or withdraw them altogether, at any time, and without prior notice.

We also reserve the right, at our absolute discretion, to offer different personalized special offers and promotions and it will therefore only be possible for the customer in receipt of the special offer to redeem the discount.

Discounts and credits cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers. Unless otherwise stated, we only allow one promotion code to be used per order. Discount and offers vary from time to time. At times it is automatically applied to your cart and at other times it is via a discount code that is to be keyed in upon checkout. Please take note that we do not give reimbursements if purchase has been made and the discount code was not keyed in.

Occasionally we will give free gifts with orders with conditions applicable/ certain terms and condition (ie. Orders above RM60 spent receives X). We would usually announce it at the Top Announcement bar of our webstore for webstore free gifts special. We will be packing the gift in which you see/read during the time of your purchase within the redeemable timeframe. If you order a few items within 2 working days (ie. separate orders same customer and shipping address) , we will pack all in one order and give one gift ! Customers are not allowed to make multiple orders to claim more free gifts.

     4. Store Credit policy:

From time to time, Motor4all may issue promotional store credit to its customers. Motor4all Store Credits are subject to the following terms and conditions:

Store Credit can only be used online at www.motor4all.com.

 Store Credit can only be used on orders associated with your original account. This means, Store Credit cannot be transferred to another person or account.

Store Credit may not be purchased and has no equivalent cash value.

Purchase amounts that exceed the value of the Store Credit will require an additional method of payment for the balance due.

Store Credit balances are listed on your Account Page.

By electing to receive Store Credit, you are certifying and representing to sunday that the activities in connection with which the Store Credit will be used will comply with these Terms and Conditions and all applicable laws, rules and regulations, including the Terms and Conditions that govern the Motor4all website. In addition, you agree to defend and indemnify us and our subsidiaries and affiliates from and against any claims, expenses or liabilities made against or incurred by any of them in connection with your use of Store Credit or violation of any of these Terms and Conditions. Your use of Store Credit constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions are subject to change without notice.

    5. Governing Law:

The use of www.motor4all.com and these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Malaysian law and you hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.

You agree that motor4all remedy at law for any actual or threatened breach of this agreement would be inadequate and that Motor4all shall be entitled to specific performance or injunctive relief, or both, in addition to any damages that Motor4all may be legally entitled to recover, together with reasonable expenses of any form of dispute resolution, including, without limitation, attorneys' fees.

No right or remedy of Motor4all shall be exclusive of any other, whether at law or in equity, including, without limitation, damages injunctive relief, attorneys' fees and expenses. No instance of waiver by Motor4all of its rights or remedies under these terms and conditions shall imply any obligation to grant any similar, future or other waiver.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 15 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.
